What is it?

Well with our unique bootcamps you will train with a group of 10-20 like minded individuals. You will be able to create relationships as well as get a great workout! During these bootcamps there will be a mix of many different forms of training such as; boxing, weights, endurance and resistance.

Boot camps will be run on Saturday afternoons at 3pm and Sunday mornings at 8am depending on numbers. All bootcamps need at least 10 members to participate for the session to be run. So it is encouraged to book in advance to save your spot but also those who pay monthly will also save money on each session. When sessions are prepaid monthly they are only $10 for an hour session instead of $15 for those who do not book in. So grab a friend and start your weekend kicking ass!
